The public hearings as part of the independent examination into whether the Rugby Local Plan is sound and complies with all the legal requirements are now complete. The Inspector has now submitted a letter to the Borough Council with his initial non-binding comments.

at 7.30pm in St Margaret's Church Rooms.
Meetings normally last no more than an hour and all residents are invited to attend.

|Children’s Football in Wolston
Brinklow FC under 7s (current year 2), are looking for 2 or 3 new players to join the club. We train on Monday nights 6pm – 7pm at Wolston Leisure Centre and play semi- competitive matches against other local clubs on Saturday mornings at Dyers Lane. Read more
RBC Local Plan - Update
The Inspector has now concluded Stage 1 of the exemination of the draft RBC Local Plan. Stage 2 of the examination will commence on the 17th Aprlil at the Benn Hall, Newbold Road, Rugby. It is now too late to register to speak at the hearings, but you may still attend as a member of the public.

Wolston Garden Club
Our meetings are held at Wolston Village Hall, commencing at 7.30, on the third Thursday of the month. Please refer to the 2017 programme for any variations. Membership for the year is £15. Guests, at £4 each, are welcome at any meeting.
If you have any queries about Garden Club, please telephone Valerie Griffin on (024) 7654 5469. We are not a Horticultural Society ! We are a group of people that enjoy gardens and associated topics. You don't necessarily need to have a garden or like gardening to be a member as the talks are of general interest.
