Skate Park
The dense vegetation next to the Skate Park has been removed, in order to provide clear view to enhance security for users.

Play Areas
The play areas managed by Wolston Parish Council on the Dyers Lane and the Skate Board park are open again. The play area at William Cree Close remains closed.

WI LogoWolston WI meet at the Village Hall at 8pm in the second Thursday of each month. Why not come along and join us.

Caleb Cinema Club

Normally held on the second Friday of each month at 1.30pm in the Church Rooms, unfortunately this is now CANCELLED until further notice.

Wolston Neighbourhood Plan 
The date of the next meeting of the NDP 'Steering Group' will be held on 26th January 2021 at 7pm. The meeting will be held online using Zoom. Please see the agenda for details of how to join the meeting.

Wolston Surgery - Patient Reference Group
The last meeting of the Patient Reference Group was held at the Surgery on Monday 16th September 2019.

All meetings cancelled due 
to Covid 19 restrictions

Our meetings are normally held at Wolston Village Hall, commencing at 7.30, on the third Thursday of the month. The 2020 programme of events is not yet available. Membership for the year is £15. Guests, at £4 each, are welcome at any meeting.

If you have any queries about Garden Club, please telephone Val Griffin on (024) 7654 5469. We are not a Horticultural Society ! We are a group of people that enjoy gardens and associated topics. You don't necessarily need to have a garden or like gardening to be a member as the talks are of general interest.

During the current emergency many people are unable to shop for themselves, obtain prescriptions, have other problems or may simply need someone to chat to. If you have a problem and don't know what to do or just want to chat with someone then call the Brandon and Wolston Helpline 07974 147665 and the volunteers who answer the call will do their best to help you.

Allotments - Planning Applications
An application to appeal the decision by Rugby Borough Council to refuse planning permission for development on the northern half of the allotments site has been made.

Jubilee Tree Planters
After the unfortunate felling of the Jubilee Tree in the Tree guard plantersbig storm last year Wolston Parish Council have now decorated the tree guard with planters. This was planned for earlier in the year but because of the movement restrictions this was not possible. Planning ahead for next year the Parish Council invites any person or organisation who would like to adopt a planter for 2021 to contact the Parish Clerk with their details.

Village Voices

Wanted: Ladies who sing !

Wolston Village Voices is a ladies singing group who meet together because of their love of music and singing.

We are looking for new members to join us. We meet every Tuesday evening at 7.00pm in Wolston Baptist Church on Main Street, Wolston.
We sing a wide range of music including pop, folk, classical, songs from the shows, opera, and works by modern composers.
There is no audition.
