The Wolston and Brandon Allotment and Gardens Association Annual open flower, vegetable and produce show took place on Saturday September 4th 2010.
The Classes included: vegetables, flowers, cakes, jams, chutneys and more.
In the Children's section there was the chance to enter a miniature garden, vegetable person/animal, or a posy.

The show opened to the public at 2.30 p.m. although the Village Hall had been a hive of activity from early Saturday morning as exhibits were displayed and judged. At 3.00 p.m. Co-op Manager, Peter Keyte, presented the cups and shields to the winners. This was followed by the much anticipated auction of produce which attracted some unusual and spirited bidding from all age ranges. Jenny Leigh, the auctioneer, was ably assisted by Keith Blay and Pat Smiton who relieved patrons of their cash in exchange for the wonderful produce.
